What a Green Country home inspection covers

Every complete home inspection is a visual, non-invasive evaluation of the home's major systems and components, including:

  • Roof and exterior: roof covering, flashing, gutters, siding, windows, doors, decks and grading around the house.
  • Structure: foundation, framing, visible signs of settlement, cracking or water intrusion.
  • Electrical: service panel, breakers, visible wiring, outlets, switches and safety devices.
  • Plumbing: supply and drain lines, fixtures, water heater and visible leaks.
  • Heating and cooling (HVAC): furnace, air conditioning and visible ductwork.
  • Interior, attic and crawl space: walls, ceilings, floors, insulation and ventilation.

Your report within 24 hours

After the inspection you receive a comprehensive digital report within 24 hours. It explains what we found in plain language, so you know what is working, what needs repair, and what to keep an eye on. Buyers often use the report to negotiate repairs or price; homeowners use it to plan maintenance and budget for future work.

Home inspection cost

Our pricing is transparent and based on the home's square footage. A standard home inspection starts at $375 for homes up to 2,000 square feet, and you can see every tier on our prices page. Optional add-ons include a crawl space inspection ($25), a termite inspection ($125) and thermal imaging ($100), and outbuilding or detached garage inspections. Active duty military and veterans receive 10% off, and a travel fee applies for distances over 30 miles.

Can I attend the inspection?

Yes, and we encourage it. Walking the home with your inspector is the best way to understand what is in the report.

What if I need to reschedule?
